We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order.

At this stage, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page, your details will be encrypted by 128-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and credit card details. This server encrypts information while it is being transmitted across the Internet so that unauthorised people cannot read it.

Your card details are not known by SELECTAFLY, or stored anywhere on our servers.

When you order by internet, telephone or in writing your credit card details are not kept but we retain your telephone number in case we have to telephone you if there is a problem with your order.

Order Notes

Please note that all transactions will be carried out in pounds sterling ( £GBP ). Once you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail complete with a transaction reference from Protx and a Order Reference number from Selectafly.

Delivery

All orders received before 3pm will be despatched the same day by first class Royal Mail postage.

Returns Policy & Guarantee

In the unlikely event that a product you receive from us disappoints you in any way whatsoever, we will promptly and courteously replace or refund you the full value. Because if its not good enough for you, then its not good enough for Selectafly!
