Another cracker from the vice of Ross Macdonald (who also came up with the deadly Park Shrimp) - this one is named after his son. I was put on to this fly by Selectafly Pro Team member Gary Hillary, head ghillie at Bywell, who 'strongly suggested' that I get some tied up as soon as possible. As well as its great success in its original Scotland Calvin's Shrimp has developed a very strong following on the Tyne and travelled extremely well to Ireland and Russia. The Patriot pattern has proved to be so popular, we have added this Conehead copper tube as well.
