Sadly we must accept that we can't enjoy being on the water at this wonderful time of year when the countryside bursts into life again, but, with luck, we will be fishing again sometime in the next few weeks or months. Until then we will all have to do as instructed and do our bit to avoid making a bad situation worse. Having access to it denied certainly does make you appreciate more fully what you normally take for granted.
