Order Despatch Timing

Orders received before 2pm will usually be despatched the same day. Orders requiring top up flies from Fulling Mill's range, are usually sent next day following our overnight delivery.

Deliveries - UK

• Free delivery for online fly orders over £30 – sent using 1^st Class Royal Mail
• Orders under £30 and telephone orders are charged £3.45 handling & postage, sent 1^st Class Royal Mail
• Bulky orders which need ‘small parcel’ postage are charged £5.45 and sent 1^st Class Royal Mail. Please note that Royal Mail define anything with a thickness greater than 25mm as a small parcel).

• For orders required urgently:Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery - £9.95. (same rate for Large Letter and Small Parcel). Guaranteed to arrive next working day by 1pm. A signature is required. Orders must be received by us by 12 noon the preceding working day. If you require guaranteed delivery on a Saturday please call us.

Please note that we are obliged to charge VAT on UK p&p.

Deliveries - Channel Islands

In order that VAT will not be charged, please ensure United Kingdom is removed from the delivery address details and replace with Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney or Sark as destination country. If United Kingdom remains in the delivery address country VAT will automatically be charged.

Deliveries – Ireland, Europe and Worldwide

• VAT - All orders for delivery outside the UK will not be charged UK VAT. 
• Prices shown on our website include UK VAT @ 20%. When a shipping country outside the UK is entered, then the VAT will be removed from your order. All documentation required for local customs clearance (form CN22) is provided via our automated postage system to facilitate swift progress through Customs. Customs, import duties and any handling charges levied on arrival in the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer. However, shipments to the USA take advantage of the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service whereby 10% of the value of the goods ordered is automatically added to the order. This amount is then remitted to US Customs, automating the entry process.
• Timing – Royal Mail Standard Airmail deliveries to Ireland and Mainland Europe usually take 3-5 working days. Worldwide deliveries usually take 6-7 working days.
• Prices:

1. Royal Mail International Standard to Ireland and Europe - £4.75 (Small Parcel £8.45). Worldwide deliveries are charged £5.75,  £12.95 for any items which are required to be sent as a Small Parcel.
2. Royal Mail International Tracked - £10.45  to Ireland and Europe.  Worldwide Tracked deliveries are £13.85. For all tracked services a Tracking number will be supplied. 

Deliveries – Portugal

We are now obliged to supply the consignee's NIF tax identification number for every order to Portugal.  The NIF is not displayed on the address label but is required for Portuguese customs clearance.
